Hi, I’m Auriana.

Drawing on experiential learning theory, rhetorical genre theory, and game-based instructional design I create immersive classrooms where students practice audience awareness and ethical reasoning in scenarios that mirror real workplace communication challenges. My aspirations align closely with the qualities described in Ken Bain’s "What the Best College Teachers Do"; creating natural critical learning environments, respecting students as thinkers, designing meaningful challenges, and fostering intrinsic motivation.

Beyond the classroom, I bring an operational perspective grounded in risk management, process improvement, and compliance. I enjoy digging into complex systems, understanding how they work, and translating that understanding into clear, usable documentation. My work prioritizes clarity and functional design meant to help organizations communicate responsibly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
